All products (GI Earthing, Copper Bonded Rods, Lightning Arresters, etc.) sold by Earthingz are intended for industrial, commercial, and residential grounding purposes. We strongly recommend professional installation.

Note: We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, improper installation, or lack of maintenance of the earthing systems performed by unauthorized personnel.

3. Pricing and Payments

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality (including product images, technical diagrams, and descriptions) are owned by Earthingz and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
