Pipe Earthing System
The classic IS:3043 compliant grounding method. Uses a perforated GI pipe with a funnel for water pouring, surrounded by alternate layers of Charcoal and Salt.
System Overview
Earthingz Pipe Earthing System is the most widely used conventional method of grounding. It involves a Perforated GI Pipe placed vertically in the earth pit.
The pipe is tapered at the bottom and has 12mm holes throughout its length. A Funnel with Wire Mesh is attached at the top to pour water, which keeps the surrounding soil moist. The pit is filled with alternate layers of Charcoal and Salt to maintain conductivity.
