Copper Bonded Earth Electrodes
Earthing Solutions

Copper Bonded Earth Electrodes

Copper-bonded earth electrodes combine the mechanical strength of a low-carbon steel core with the corrosion resistance and conductivity of a molecularly bonded electrolytic copper layer. The thick copper coating prevents the copper from peeling during driving, ensuring decades of stable, low-resistance contact with the soil. They are the workhorse electrode for most industrial and commercial earthing systems, offering an excellent balance of performance, longevity and cost. Joinable sections with threaded brass couplers let installers reach deep, moist soil strata for consistently low earth resistance.

Pure Copper Earth Electrodes
Earthing Solutions

Pure Copper Earth Electrodes

Pure copper electrodes are machined from 99.9% electrolytic copper, delivering the lowest possible earth impedance and the longest service life of any electrode type. With no steel core to corrode, they are the preferred choice for substations, telecom sites and sensitive electronic installations where signal integrity and personnel safety are non-negotiable. The high conductivity of solid copper keeps fault-current rise times fast and earth potentials low, protecting both equipment and people during faults and lightning events.

GI Earth Electrodes
Earthing Solutions

GI Earth Electrodes

Hot-dip galvanised iron (GI) electrodes are a robust, budget-friendly option for general building and industrial earthing where soil conditions are not aggressively corrosive. A zinc coating of at least 80 microns sacrificially protects the steel beneath, extending service life in normal soils. Available as pipes or strips, GI electrodes are easy to source, install and bond, making them a practical default for distribution boards, lightning earth pits and equipotential bonding grids on a controlled budget.

Chemical Earthing Backfill Compound
Earthing Solutions

Chemical Earthing Backfill Compound

Chemical earthing backfill compound surrounds the electrode with a highly conductive, moisture-retentive medium that dramatically lowers earth resistance — especially in rocky, sandy or high-resistivity soils where electrodes alone struggle. The compound conditions the soil, draws and holds moisture around the electrode, and keeps the earth resistance stable across dry seasons. It is the key to achieving and maintaining the sub-ohm earth values demanded by data centres, telecom towers and critical industrial plant.

Earthing Accessories

A reliable earthing system is only as good as the hardware that connects it. Our accessories range covers everything between the electrode and the equipment: earth rods and couplers, clamps and lugs, earth plates, copper strips, copper earthing wire, test links and earth-pit covers. Every component is matched for material compatibility — copper, brass and GI — to prevent galvanic corrosion at joints and to keep contact resistance low for the full life of the installation.

EV Charger Earthing
Earthing Solutions

EV Charger Earthing

EV charging stations place unusual demands on earthing: high power, sensitive power electronics and frequent human contact all in one place. Our EV charger earthing packages deliver dedicated low-impedance grounding designed for AC and DC chargers, complete with electrode, conductors and a test pit. The system is built to support residual-current and surge protection and to achieve the sub-1-ohm earth resistance many charger manufacturers and codes require, keeping users, vehicles and expensive charging hardware safe.

ESE Lightning Arrester
Protection Systems

ESE Lightning Arrester

ESE (Early Streamer Emission) lightning arresters launch an upward streamer earlier than a passive rod, giving each terminal a substantially larger protection radius. This lets a single, well-placed terminal protect large buildings, plants, towers and warehouses with fewer down conductors and less rooftop clutter. Supplied as a complete system — air terminal, mast, down conductor and earth pit — and designed to NFC 17-102 / IEC 62305, ESE systems are ideal where wide-area structural protection is needed efficiently.

CSE Lightning Arrester
Protection Systems

CSE Lightning Arrester

Conventional (Franklin rod / CSE) lightning protection uses a network of air terminals, down conductors and a low-resistance earth to intercept strikes and channel them safely to ground. It is the time-tested, standards-compliant approach mandated by many specifications and authorities. We engineer the full system to IS / IEC 62305 — calculating terminal placement, conductor routing and earth termination so that the structure, its occupants and its equipment are protected with a clear, auditable design.
